Wedding Maps

Recently I was considering whether we needed a map to include in Annie’s invitation. Even though most people know their way around Boulder…I just love maps!  So in my search for map options, I came across several different ways that maps have been integrated into wedding decor. Below are a few samples…

I’m a huge fan of  Laura Hooper’s maps included with the wedding invitations…

Oh now this couple had to do a bit of traveling to keep the romance going. This vintage wall map doubles as the guest book.

In the end, you can put a map on anything. It’s a fun theme for a traveling couple or destination wedding. This post certainly gives me some great map ideas. Hope it inspires you too.

Comments and thoughts welcome.

Military Wedding

In honor of Memorial Day I’ve scoured the internet and found some great photos from military weddings. I’m a patriot to the core and I’m loving the red, white and blue!

Happy Memorial Day Weekend!

Vows from the Heart

So Annie envisions candlelight throughout the ceremony. And the best part is that the venue she and Kevin have chosen doesn’t even have electricity…oh I’m just lovin’ this!

But this brings me to the actual vows and Annie and Kevin have decided to write their own vows which I find incredibly romantic. So of course I searched the internet and found a few thoughts that if either get stuck for the exact words, this post might inspire them.

I am truly a hopeless romantic. My heart swells just creating this post…

Oh and this one is the kicker because anyone that knows me – knows that it’s all about one’s soul…
